Practice Management

Mr Mo Dawood (m)

Our practice service and development manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as ensuring effective systems are in place to provide high quality of patient care, managing human resources, finance, premises, patient safety, complaints, compliance and governance, equipment and information technology. 


His role also involves supporting doctors and other medical professionals with delivering patient services, monitoring key performance indicators, implementing processes to comply with regulations; act as a resource of information/signposting and delivering any extended services to enhance patient care.


Administration

Our Reception/Admin Team an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for and help or general inquiries.

To assist you appropriately they may ask for information, please rest assured their intention to seek further information is usually to enable them to assess your priority and help you accordingly.

They are responsible for making patient appointments  and can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. 

They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription queries; processing new registrations; processing patient tasks; coding letters;  dealing with patient records; reviewing incoming emails; referrals admin; helping with practice audits; and generally support the practice manager in ensuring the surgery runs smoothly.
