Consultations are by appointment and can be made in person at the desk or over the telephone.

Routine appointments can be made up to one month in advance which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time more suitable to your requirements.

Patients with urgent problems will usually be seen on the same day.

The surgery has disabled access, including toilet facilities. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, please inform the receptionist when booking and a downstairs room will be made available for your consultation.

Telephone Advice

The doctor and nurse are available to give telephone advice. If they are busy when you call you will either be asked to ring back at a specific time or your details will be taken and you will receive a call back.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.


Missed Appointments (DNA) Data


Missed appointments cost the NHS time and money, so please cancel your appointment if you no longer need it, as it can then be offered to someone who needs it.
