Flu Vaccination

It's Flu vaccination time again!

Flu jabs will be available at the surgery from Oct every year!!

As you know, the cold and flu season is just around the corner. Although many colds will be tough to prevent, vaccination is an effective way to protect you from the flu.

Your GP highly recommends that you have a Flu Vaccination, particularly if you qualify under the criteria as shown below

If you are eligible (see below) you can to book your appointment with the Practice Nurse from September by calling the surgery on 0208 693 4704.

You are eligible to receive a FREE FLU JAB if you if you have the following conditions:

Chronic respiratory disease including asthma

Heart disease

Kidney disease

Diabetes

Weakened Immune system

Liver disease

Neurological disease

Or If:

You are 65 years old and over

You are pregnant

You are the main carer for elderly or disabled person

You are a health care worker
